Breaking new into the void we bob and float along
wishing chance and possibility could open and find newness
in our hearts or the steps and milestones of our heads
ever receding into memory could be presented graphically
in smaller increments or if the system could operate
with less ballast or perhaps less waste
it is not too far to suggest that the clear space
above our heads is one and the same.
