Fear

We are all in the same boat in a stormy sea, and we owe each other a terrible loyalty. -- Lord Chesterton

I was moved, in the last couple of days, to write to the President to offer my support. This after reading the comments section about the President's speech to school children. The hordes are in a fearful panic at the thought of an unregulated, unsupervised communication between their Prez and their children.

Beyond the superficial venom, what drives this horrible fear they have? It is fear, no doubt, of change, of a percieved loss of control. A majority of citizens voted for change and a very vocal minority are having none of it. Roosevelt's fear of fear itself is even more true today.
